Anteo Diagnostics Ltd (formerly Bio-Layer Corporation) has commercial processes (patents pending) that provide both performance and manufacturing benefits to a broad array of clinical applications. We are currently marketing these processes to appropriate third parties. Our initial focus is the clinical diagnostic (pathology) industry, specifically, the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) markets (nano- and micron-sized bead manufacturers and IVD suppliers), Point of Care (PoC) markets (membrane manufacturers and PoC suppliers), as well as both scientific and clinical research markets (bead, membrane and instrument manufacturers).

We have engaged nearly all the major bead manufacturers, membrane manufacturers and most of the IVD/PoC suppliers and they are rigorously testing the process in their own laboratories. Given the extensive requirements to validate new processes for human health care products, these assessments take time. Some of the interested parties are nearing the completion of their testing. It is our expectation that commercial products that utilise our Mix&Go technology will be available in the research market in the first quarter of 2010 and that IVD products will be made available once regulatory requirements have been met.
